My invoice

If you have not received your invoice or need an additional copy, request it online or call our customer service.
You pay for each rental day, calculated in 24-hour blocks. If you return your vehicle within 24 hours, you will be charged for the full day and no penalty will be charged if your return delay does not exceed 59 minutes. Beyond this period you may be charged an additional day and failure-to-return fees.
If you expect to return the vehicle late or wish to extend your rental, contact the rental office in advance.

When a traffic offence is committed, we are informed by the local authorities as the registered owner of the vehicle so that we can identify the driver involved.
When possible, responsibility is transferred to the driver at the time of the offence and the authorities send the fine/parking penalty to the driver. We charge administrative fees to cover the costs of this process. After transferring responsibility, the authorities contact the driver by mail with the necessary documents. Rest assured, payment deadlines are set so the driver is not disadvantaged by the transfer delay. In some cases responsibility cannot be transferred and the fine is paid on your behalf by us; the amount is then charged to the customer.
Appeals and disputes must be addressed directly to the issuing authority. Details for contesting will be provided on the notice you receive.
